Kinship Family Restoration Services Center is a community-based organization dedicated to restoring, strengthening, and empowering families through holistic, culturally responsive services. Our mission is to support families in overcoming life’s challenges, reconnecting with their purpose, and accessing the tools needed to thrive—mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

Our Founder

Ruth Mbari, the Founder and CEO of Kinship Family Restoration Services Center, is a passionate advocate, entrepreneur, and author who has turned her personal journey and professional expertise into purpose-driven leadership. Ruth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, an MBA in Human Resources, and a Master of Science in Human Services – Social and Community Services.

With over a decade of experience in family support, human services, and community engagement, Ruth has built Kinship Family Restoration on the principles of compassion, integrity, and transformation. Her vision is to provide wraparound support for families and individuals navigating life transitions, system involvement, or personal struggles—restoring hope one family at a time.
